Logan Blair

School of Government and Public Policy

Logan Blair is a first year PhD student in the School of Government and Public Policy interested in the economic and environmental justice impacts associated with climate change adaptation. His current research focuses on optimal storm surge protection in coastal Florida, and the efficacy of hurricane planning and recovery policies. Prior to joining the University of Arizona, Logan worked as a consultant for the Alaska-based consulting firm Northern Economics where he analyzed topics ranging from fisheries to natural gas, demography, and forest resources. Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master’s degree in resource management from Central Washington University.
