Hailing from Colorado, Connor is a PhD student in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology working with Professor Brian Enquist. He earned a BA in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley and an MSc in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management from the University of Oxford. He also spent a year in Norway at the University of Oslo on a Fulbright Scholarship where he studied how past environmental conditions have impacted biodiversity. Connor is keen to integrate perspectives from across ecology and evolutionary biology to make biodiversity science more quantitative and predictive; he hopes to apply these insights to help build sustainable societies on a flourishing planet. He also enjoys reading, music, tending houseplants, and all things outdoors.
