Lucy Kirkman

Lucy Kirkman is a Master of Fine Arts candidate in creative nonfiction at the University of Arizona. Her research focuses on the social, environmental, and economic impacts of gold mining in Zimbabwe. She is interested in the intersection of globalization, colonization, and imperialism, as it relates to these specific sites of impact, and how art can speak into or disrupt unjust systems.
