Taiwo is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences advised by Armin Sorooshian. His research focuses on studying aerosol particles and trace gases in terms of their impacts on health, air quality, and climate. Taiwo leads a science communication outreach program for middle school students as the student chapter president of the American Association of Aerosol Research (AAAR). Before coming to the University of Arizona, Taiwo volunteered in southwest Nigeria as a research assistant working on drought studies in Africa. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. Taiwo enjoys playing and watching soccer.
